Achieving an incredible glowing and healthy skin isn’t always about investing in the most expensive skin care products. Nutrient-rich fruits and vegetables can have the same effect, thanks to their detoxifying and purifying properties.

This beauty smoothie has great fruity flavor, and is rich in vitamins and nutrients you need for beautiful, radiant and healthy skin.

As we age our skin loses its elasticity, it looks dull, and age spots might start popping up. The most important thing to do is stay hydrated, so your skin to be moisturized.

Here is the most refreshing smoothie recipe ever.

Coconut water

This smoothie uses a coconut water that has rehydrating properties, and also is a good source of magnesium and potassium. Coconut water contains smaller amounts of Vitamins C and B. It’s an excellent way to refill electrolytes.

Strawberries are the best sources of Vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant, that helps in producing collagen in our bodies.

The beta carotenes found in carrots convert into retinoids which are powerful anti-aging antioxidants.

Mango is loaded with a great range of vitamins. One cup of diced mangoes is rich in great amounts of Vitamin C and Vitamin A. Mango also contain smaller amounts of Vitamin E, K, and B (B6, thiamin, riboflavin, folate and pantothenic acid).

Oranges are high in Vitamin C, but also contain flavonoids, which help with cell development. They are also natural sweeteners.
