Vegan and Extra Delicious: Blueberry Protein Shake

The blueberry protein shake is the perfect drink after a workout, since it contains plant-based proteins that are easier to digest and anti-inflammatory omega-3. The shake is packed with fiber, antioxidants and iron.

Here’s what you need to prepare the blueberry protein shake:

  • ½ cup water
  • 3 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp unrefined coconut oil/coconut butter
  • ¼ tsp.vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. almond extract
  • Toppings : Fresh blueberries and shredded coconut


Put all ingredients in a blender and blend everything until smooth. Top your shake with some fresh blueberries and some shredded coconut.
