Vanilla yogurt smoothie

This smoothie is rich in soluble fiber and is naturally low in fat and processed sugar. If you want to enjoy the unique texture and flavor, vanilla yogurt smoothie is perfect for a breakfast boost or a late morning snack…



  • 100 ml semi skimmed milk
  • 150 g low fat natural yogurt
  • 25 g bran flakes
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp honey


Put all the ingredients in a blender or liquidizer and blend until smooth.

Pour into a cold glass and lightly sprinkle some extra honey on the top. Serve chill and immediately.

Extra Tip:

Soak the bran flakes in the semi skimmed milk for 5-10 minutes in advance to get a smoother texture.
