Child’s Pose

Lotus Position


The lotus position, or the cross-legged position, is the most well-known pose in yoga. The position of the body during meditation often has to do with the state of mind. Corpse Pose


At the end of your practice, or anytime you feel stressed and you feel your thoughts wondering try the corpse pose. Just lay on your back with your hand by your sides and just focus on your breathing. Get your body relaxed and just breathe, and be aware of your breathing.
