Boil 1 cup of water and add juice from 1 grapefruit and juice from 1 lemon. Let the mixture cool, add some honey and drink it to relieve your hay fever symptoms.

2. Steaming

Steaming is great for congestion. Add 2-3 drops of eucalyptus oil into a bowl of hot water and slowly inhale the steam.

3. Calendula

Calendula liquid mixed with water is an amazing eye wash that will sooth your itching eyes.
