The temperatures are rising and it’s time to prepare our favorite refreshing, summer dessert. It will only take you minutes to prepare this ice cream and the best part is that it’s really healthy and it won’t make you gain weight. Try our homemade, healthy and non-fat ice cream.
- 3 frozen bananas
- 3 tbsp. frozen berries
- ½ tbsp. vanilla extract
- ½ cup cashew
- 3 glasses water
Put the cashew, water and vanilla extract in your blender and blend. Add the frozen bananas and frozen berries in the blender and blend until you get a creamy texture. If you want your ice cream to be sweeter, add some honey. Put the ice cream in the fridge and let it cool. Enjoy your healthy ice cream!
