- 1 Kiwi
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup skim, soy milk or almond milk
- 1 tbsp ground Flaxseed
- 1 tbsp natural honey
Peel the kiwi and remove the top part of the strawberries (fresh). Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and mixed well, for about 30-60 seconds.
