Raspberry Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup ice or several ice cubes
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 ½ ounces vodka

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in a blender. Serve in a tall glass with a few fresh raspberries on top.

Pineapple Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup finely chopped fresh pineapple
  • 8 to 15 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 6 tbsp rum
  • ½ cup soda

Preparation:

Dissolve the sugar in 2 tbsp hot water in a big, tall glass. Add the pineapple, mint, and lime juice. Smash everything until you get a chunky pulp. Fill your glass with crushed ice. Add the rum and soda at the end. Stir until everything is combined.

Pomegranate and Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups ice, crushed
  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • ½ cup ginger ale
  • ¼ cup brandy
  • 750milliliter Champagne or any sparkling wine
  • Pomegranate seeds

Preparation:

Mix the crushed ice, pomegranate juice, ginger ale and the brandy in a pitcher. Pour one cup of the champagne or sparkling wine in a tall glass. Add some pomegranate seeds for garnish.
