Who doesn’t love pancakes, especially those who won’t make you gain weight?

These extremely delicious pancakes are flour-free and they are done in a few minutes.

Here is what you need to prepare flour-free pancakes:

Ingredients: 

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon

Preparation:

Peel the banana, put it in a bowl and mash it. Then, crack the eggs and add them into mashed banana. Add some cinnamon and stir well. Turn your hotplate on medium heat, spray some oil on the pan and add one big spoon of the mixture.
