Cayenne Pepper and Apple Cider Vinegar Mixture That Can Heal Bone, Knee and Joint Pain

  • 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. cayenne pepper powder
  • ½ inch of grated ginger
Preparation:

Mix all ingredients until you get a homogeneous paste. Apply the paste on your affected areas and leave it on for 30 minutes. Rinse with warm water afterwards and dry the areas. Keep the leftover paste in the fridge and stir before using it again.
