  • 2 l water
  • 5 g ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp fresh  squeezed  lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp natural honey
  • 1 pinch ground hot pepper
  • 1 pinch fennel


Bring water to boil for about 5 minutes. Then leave it on for a while to cool. Add all the ingredients and let the mixture rest covered. Once the tea is completely cold, the tea is ready to be consumed.
