The Best Spring Cleanse for Your Body

Spring is just around the corner and it’s time to do our spring cleanse. Cleanses are great for our organism, they help our bodies get rid of all toxins accumulated during winter. This spring cleanse will keep your body hydrated and will make you feel wonderful and healthy.

Here are the 8 water based beverages that will help you do the best spring cleanse:

1. Digestive Cleanse

Add 2 gr of dried, crushed fennel in 150 ml of boiling water and leave it on the stove for 10 minutes. Take it off the stove and let it cool. In a big pitcher, mix juice from 1 lemon, 10 cups of water, one sliced orange, 10 chopped mint leaves and the water and fennel mixture. Leave it in the fridge overnight before drinking it.

2. The Classical Cleanse

In a big pitcher mix 10 cups of water, 1 cucumber, 1 sliced lemon, ¼ cup fresh chopped basil leaves, and 1/3 chopped fresh mint leaves. Leave the pitcher in the fridge overnight before drinking it.

3. The Antioxidant Cleanse 

In a pitcher mix 10 cups of water, 1 cup of slightly crushed blackberries and 3 sage leaves. This beverage is packed with antioxidants. Leave it in the fridge overnight before drinking it.

4. Watermelon Cleanse

In a big pitcher mix 10 cups of water, 1 cup of watermelon, cut into cubes and 2 rosemary stems. Leave the pitcher in the fridge overnight before serving it.

5. The Traditional Cleanse

In a pitcher mix 10 cups of water, 1 cup of apple (cut into cubes), 2 cinnamon sticks and 2 tbsp. of ground cinnamon. Leave the pitcher in the fridge overnight before drinking it.

6. Granite Cleanse

In a big pitcher mix 10 cups of water, 6 strawberries, 1 thinly sliced lime and 10 chopped fresh mint leaves. Leave the pitcher in the fridge overnight before drinking it.

7. The Exotic Cleanse

First heat 1 tsp of ginger in two cups of tea, and then let it cool down.
