8 Pressure Points That Will Help You Relieve Congestion

Are you experiencing a headache and a stuffy nose? Try our 8 pressure point to fix the problem, and relieve congestion!

Here’s how to do it:

1. Press each side of the base of your nose with your index fingers. Feel your sinuses open up. Hold for at least 3 minutes.

2. Use your index fingers and thumbs to gently pinch your inner eyebrow.

3. Apply pressure to the place where the eyebrow bone and eye socket meet with your index finger. Hold as long as you want.

4. Slightly move your index fingers and apply the pressure to the outer edge of the eyebrow bone.

5. Move just above the cheekbone and below the eye socket. Apply light pressure.

6. Apply some pressure to the inner corners where your nose and eye meet. Do you feel the relief?

7. Apply pressure with 2 fingers to the top of your sternum, just where your collar bones meet.

8. To finish, apply pressure with 2 fingers, below the middle of your collar bone. Hold the pressure as long as it feels good!
