Ingredients:

  • 4 c. filtered water

Preparation:

In a saucepan, add the cranberries and water. Cook the cranberries on medium-high, until they all pop. Mash popped cranberries with a spoon and then remove them from the heat.   Leave the mashed cranberries on for 5 minutes. Then, pour cranberries in a blender and blend for about 1 minute. Strain syrup through a fine mesh sieve, and pour it in a glass jar. Cover it and put in refrigerator.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. cranberry syrup
  • 8-10 oz. club soda
  • 25-30 drops of liquid Stevia

Preparation:

Combine all the ingredients in an ice-filled pint glass, and stir well.
