It’s time to rush into your kitchen and surprise your family and friends with this incredibly delicious Texas Roadhouse’s Rolls with honey cinnamon butter. We guarantee they’ll be coming back for more!

Here’s what you need to prepare Texas Roadhouse’s Rolls:

  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp. active dry yeast
  • ½ cup warm water
  • ½ cup sugar (divided)
  • ½ cup honey
  • 7 ½ cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. salt

For the honey cinnamon butter:

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Preparation:

Pour the milk in a small saucepan. Set the stove on medium heat. Bring it to boil and then remove it from heat. Let it cool slightly. Melt 3 tbsp butter in the microwave.

In a mixing bowl, add the warm water, yeast and 1 tbsp sugar. Mix for a couple of minutes. Add the eggs, butter and salt and mix everything well. Knead the dough until it’s moist. Remove it from the bowl and grease the bowl. Return the dough to the bowl and make sure it’s all covered in grease. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Let it rise for 60 minutes. Once the dough has doubled, place it on a floured work surface. Use a rolling pin to roll it until it’s ½ inch thick. Fold the dough in half, so it’s 1 inch thick and then roll a little bit to seal the 2 halves together. Cut the dough into 2 inch squares.
Place the dough onto a greased baking sheet and cover it with plastic wrap. Let it rise for 60 minutes. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees F.

For the honey cinnamon butter:

Beat the butter for 30 seconds with an electric mixer. Add the powdered sugar, cinnamon and honey and beat until everything is well combined. Rub the tops of the rolls while they’re still hot. You can store the honey cinnamon butter in your fridge up to 5 days. Enjoy!
