Super Easy Recipe for White Chocolate Pistachio Fudge

Here is what you need to prepare this White Chocolate Pistachio Fudge:

Ingredients:

  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 20 ounces white chocolate (chopped)
  • 3 unsalted butter (cut into pieces)
  • 1/8 salt
  • 3/4 cup pistachios (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries (divided)

Instructions:

Take a baking pan and lightly grease it. Then, line it with a parchment paper, and make sure to leave some paper to hang over the sides.

In a heatproof bowl add the sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate, butter, and salt. Combine everything well and set aside.

Bring a little water in a saucepan to boil. Then, reduce the heat to start simmering. Place your heatproof glass bowl holding your ingredients on top of the pot. Stir frequently, until the white chocolate has melted for about 8 minutes. Remove from heat and fold in 1/2 cup of pistachios and 1/2 cup of dried cranberries. The mixture should be thick. Then, scrape the fudge into the prepared pan using a spatula and smooth it evenly. Sprinkle with the remaining pistachios and cranberries. Put it in the refrigerator to cool down for about 2 hours.
