1. Banana, Kiwi and Spinach Smoothie Prep

Ingredients:

  • 3 kiwis (cubed)
  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Preparation:

Put spinach and milk in the blender first. Blend until smooth.  Add the remaining ingredients and keep on blending until smooth. Enjoy!

2. Strawberry, Banana Smoothie Prep

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • 1½ cups milk of choice
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

3. Mixed Berry Smoothie Prep

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1½ cups milk of choice

  • 1 cup pineapple (cubed)
  • 1 orange (sliced)
