Sunshine Smoothie: Smoothie Packed With Plenty of Vitamins

Who doesn’t love a good smoothie? We called our smoothie – the sunshine smoothie because of its gorgeous yellow color that reminds us of sun rays. The delicious smoothie is extra healthy, packed with vitamins and will boost your immune system.

Here’s what you need to prepare it:

  • 8 fl oz milk
  • 2 tbsp. of oats
  • 1 tsp. of grated ginger
  • 2 peeled carrots
  • 1 cup sliced pineapple
  • ½ banana
  • Some cinnamon
  • A bit of turmeric

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in your blender and blend until everything is smooth. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy your sunshine smoothie!
