We can officially declare the Zenit St. Petersburg’s soccer players for MVP of the Year! On the 3rd of December, last year, the magnificent soccer players had a match against FC Rostov and decided to use that match to make a change in the world! Each and every player of the team walked onto the pitch with dogs under their arms in an attempt to find the dogs a loving forever home.
Their glorious gesture was a part of the “Dogs are better at home” campaign and its purpose is to raise money for local shelters and motivate people to adopt!
