Simple Wall Workout That Will Help You Sculpt Your Body Fast

We all want to have the body of our dreams, without having to go to the gym every day. We live fast lives and we don’t have the time to hit the gym every day. If you’re looking for an easy, at-home workout that can help you tone and sculpt your body, this is the perfect article for you. All you’re going to need is a wall to start melting the extra fat.
The exercises are super easy and you can do them whenever and wherever you want. Do them at least 3 times a week and don’t forget to warm up before you start.

1. Sit and Sculpt

Lean your back against the wall. Bend your knees slightly. Start going up and down. Repeat the movement for a minute.

2. Legs up to the wall

Lie on the floor with your legs on the walls, with bent knees. Push your legs up and then return to starting position. Repeat the movement for one minute.

3. Climbs

Start in a push-up position, with your feet, leaned against the wall. Bring your left leg towards your chest, and then return to starting position. Do the same with your right leg. Repeat the movement for one minute.

4. Arm Flab Fighters

Start with an upright push-up position against the wall. Do push-ups for one minute.

5. Booty Bridges

Lie on your back. One leg should be leaned against the wall, with bent knee and the other leg straight up. Lift your butt off the floor. Repeat the movement for one minute.
