If you haven’t started cooking already, this amazing recipe will definitely make you rush to your kitchen! The incredibly delicious cheese jalapeno bread is rich in flavors and it is super easy to make.
Here’s what you need:
- 3 cups flour
- 14 slices of quality cooked and then crumbled bacon
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 4 oz cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 2 diced jalapeños (seeds removed)
- 1 eggs
- 1 ½ cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 thinly sliced scallions
Preheat our oven to 350 degrees. Grab a loaf pan and grease it.
In a big bowl, mix the cream cheese, bacon, shredded cheese, scallions and jalapeños. In a small bowl, mix the flour with baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix the two together and add the egg, melted butter and milk. Mix until everything is combined and then pour the batter into the greased loaf pan. Bake the bread for 50 minutes. Enjoy!
