Here’s the recipe for the perfect porridge:

Ingredients:

  • 50 g porridge oats
  • 350 ml milk or water/a mixture of the two
  • Greek yogurt, with a little milk and clear honey for serving

Preparation:

Put the oats in a pan. Pour in the milk/water and a pinch of salt. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 4-5 minutes. Stir from time to time and watch carefully so it doesn’t stick to the bottom of your pan.
Another way to do this is to do it in a microwave. Mix the oats, milk/water and a pinch of salt in a large bowl (microwave proof). Microwave it on high for 5 minutes. Leave it for 2 minutes before eating.
To serve, put the porridge in a bowl, put a tablespoon of yogurt on top and sprinkle with honey.
