Misua are thin salted noodles made from wheat flour and eggs. Enjoy this super easy recipe of misua and meat balls soup, yet very delicious.
To prepare misua and meat balls soup, you will need:
- One pack of misua noodles
- ½ lb ground pork
- Some salt
- Some ground pepper
- 3 pieces of minced garlic
- 1 medium egg
- 2 tbsp. of flour
First prepare the meat balls. Take a deep bowl and mix the ground pork, salt, pepper, garlic, egg and flour. Mix everything well, and using a teaspoon, or your own hands roll the mixture into balls. Cook the meatballs in cooking oil for a few minutes. Remove them and drain excess oil.
Bring water to a boil in a cooking pot. Add the misua noodles. Remember, they are very delicate and require just 1-2 minutes of cooking. Then add the previously prepared meat balls. Season it if desired. Serve it warm end enjoy!
