Deep tissue massage

The difference between this type and Swedish is that a lot of pressure is involved in the former. If you have chronic muscle problems, this is the most appropriate massage. It helps relieve tight muscles, chronic pain and anxiety. The therapist uses deep finger pressure and some slow strokes.
