  2. Excessively oily hair can be an indicator of possible liver problems.
  3. If your hair is dandruff-prone, pay attention to your gastro-intestinal tract.
  4. Dry hair and scalp indicate that kidney problems are possible.
  5. Hair becoming grey might be an indicator of thyroid disorders.

Even if your hair is absolutely healthy it is important to remember that constant hair experiments in kind of multiple hair-dyeing, perming, bleaching and many other procedures can be a cause of inevitable changes in hair structure. In this case you will therefore need shampoos, lotions and conditioners of high quality that will take care of your hair at all stages of styling process. It is much better not to do it yourself, but to turn to a specialized beauty salon.

Make it clear for yourself that if you want your hair to be always healthy, it is important first of all to take care of balanced nutrition with the right amount of vitamins and mineral nutrients, which will do good not only for you hair, but for the whole body as well.

A couple of tips for hair care

Always comb your hair before going to sleep. Take about 5-10 minutes for that. It is recommended to wash your hair with the use of an egg once every 8 days.

If your hair is thin and brittle, you can try the following hair masque: take a teaspoon of mayo, honey, aloe and a clove of garlic. Finely crush and mix the ingredients and then massage the substance into the hair. Wrap your hair with a special plastic bag and don’t unwrap it for the next 3-4 hours. Then take it off and wash the hair thoroughly with shampoo afterwards.

Plant-based natural dyes, such as basma, alcanna, chamomile or rhubarb, are supposed to be harmless. Their usage makes only a positive effect on the hair growth microclimate.

You can balance the colour needed from light-brown to black using alcanna together with basma leaves.

Chamomile can work wonders with your hair, a thick infusion of this plant will give your hair golden shade. You can also get blondish shade while using rhubarb as a natural dye.

You can also apply masks and infusions with a healing effect for different kinds of hair at home.

A masque with burdock or olive oil will be helpful for dry hair.

A healing herbs infusion is recommended for oily hair. Take two tablespoons of nettle and marigold flowers and add one tablespoon of oak bark. Rinse your hair with this infusion a few times without washing them afterwards.

For normal hair you can make a nutrient herbal masque. Take a tablespoon of chamomile, linden and nettle and then pour 200 ml. of boiled water. Let the herbs infuse for 30 minutes, then draft the infusion and add liquid vitamins А, В1, В12, Е. It is also recommended to crumb a rye-bread crust into the infusion. The masque will be ready for use in 15 minutes.

Salt masques are helpful in case of substantial hair loss.

One of the most effective and really easy in use methods is to take normal table salt and to apply it to hair parts. Wrap your hair with a cellulose film for 15 minutes. Wash your hair thoroughly afterwards. You can do this every time after hair wash. No more than 10 procedures will be enough to stop hair loss.
