How to Brush Your Teeth Properly

1. Start with inner and outer surfaces. Brush at a 45 degree angle using short strokes against the gum line. Make sure you brush your back teeth.

2. Brush your chewing surfaces. You need to hold your brush flat and brush back and forth along the chewing surfaces.

3. Once you brush the inside surfaces of your front teeth, tilt the brush vertically and use gentle up and down strokes with the tip of your brush.

4. Gently brush your teeth along your gum line.

5. Finish by brushing your tongue back to front sweeping motions to remove any food particles and bacteria from it.
