2. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar can help you fight against many health conditions and it’s the perfect remedy for sinus infections. Mix 8 oz. warm water with 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar and 1 tbsp. honey. This mixture will help you get rid of the sinus infection in just 2,3 days. What you can also do is take 1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar, 3 times a day.

3. Oregano Oil

Oregano oil is a really effective treatment for sinus infection. You can drink 1 tbsp. oregano oil per day or you can steam it and inhale it.

4. Nasal Saline Rinse

Mix ¼ tbsp. sea salt with some baking soda, 1 cup full of food-grade hydrogen peroxide in a glass of warm water. This might not be the most comfortable solution but it’s the most effective.
