Snack:

  • Natural pineapple juice

Lunch:

  • 1 slice bread
  • 4 slices of pineapple

Snack: 

  • 1 apple
  • Pineapple juice

Dinner:

  • Boiled rice – 50gr.
  • 2 slices of pineapple
  • 1 cup tea
3-Day Pineapple Diet

An example of pineapple diet for 3 days:

First Day – Take just fresh pineapple and lots of water.

Second Day – Pineapple, 2 cans of tuna and pineapple (1 can of tuna is for lunch- 1 can for dinner).

Third Day – Follow the same routine as the first day.

While you’re on this diet, you should avoid: processed meat products, energetic drinks, alcohol, carbohydrates and old cheese.

Another thing you should do while you are on this diet is to take 2 tbsp. olive oil a day, limit your salt, spices and vinegar intake and increase your physical activity. You should also drink minimum 2 liters of water every day.

It is very important to make the pineapple diet part of your regular balanced diet in order to lose weight on a long term. If you go back to your unhealthy diet, it is most likely to return the lost pounds.
