Healing Skin Smoothie Recipe

For natural skin healing, we highly recommend this super food, healing skin smoothie recipe.

The healing skin smoothie is the combination of perfectly chosen ingredients for healthy, glowing and vibrant skin. Each ingredient included has healing properties that are good for your body health. Besides the many healing ingredients, this smoothie tastes very good!


  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (or any other berries)
  • 1 medium size apple
  • 1 cup celery/spinach (chopped)
  • Some wheatgrass
  • Some fresh Aloe Vera (inside gel)
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds (allow to gel in liquid for 15 minutes)
  • 1/2 cup spring water
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed (grounded)
  • 1/2 tbsp MSM powder (Methylsulfonylmethane powder)

* MSM is a natural form of dietary sulfur from fresh raw foods and rain water. Sulfur is a vital mineral for the body.

  • 1 tbsp Green powder supplement

*Green powder is multivitamin supplement, that offer your body all the needed vitamins and minerals, also many powerful nutrients such as probiotics, protective antioxidants, detoxification nutrients.

  • 1/2 tsp raw vanilla bean powder

* The ripe and fermented fruit of Vanilla planifolia is also called bean and can be used whole or  powdered.

  • 2 whole fresh figs
  • Natural sweetener (raw honey or Stevia)
  • Cinnamon to taste (optional)

Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Extra tip: If you don’t have all the ingredients, you can replace any of them with some other healing ingredients of your choice.
