Just after your training the digestion is improved, and your body digest more proteins and carbs, so you lose weight faster. Also, your brain releases more endorphins, making you much happier.
A few hours after workout
A few hours after exercising, you are much more confident, and your self-esteem is improved. Your blood pressure is becoming normal and your sleep is better.
A few weeks of regular training
Only a few weeks of exercising boost your immunity, and you are becoming stronger. Your blood hemoglobin level improves, levels of sugar and other substances are regulated. Your body stores less fat.
A couple of months of regular training
After a few months of exercising, your muscles become bigger and stronger. The oxygen transfer to your muscles increases and the brain activity improves. You become less prone to stress and you’re less likely to experience depression and mood swings.

Your skin is healthier and you stay young for longer.
