Here’s what you need for this fat-reducing treatment: 

  • 1 tbsp. freshly grated ginger or powdered ginger
  • A few tablespoons of body lotion
  • Plastic foil
  • A towel
  • Elastic bandage

Instruction:

Dip the towel in hot water and wrap it around your stomach. Leave it on for a couple of minutes, so your pores can open up.

Mix the ginger with the body lotion and apply the mixture on your stomach. When you’re done applying, wrap your stomach with plastic foil a couple of times. Put the elastic bandage over the foil.
