1. Triple Berry and Yogurt Smoothie

You can use any type of berries: raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and strawberries. You can use fresh and frozen. The most important thing is to wash them thoroughly and remove the stems before using them.

  • 2 cups different berries
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • ½ cup low-fat milk

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in your blender. Blend until everything’s smooth. To make your smoothie sweeter, you can add 1 tbsp. stevia or gave nectar.

  • ¼ cup orange, lime or mango juice as a sweetener
