  • 1/3 cup oatmeal
  • 1/3 muscat squash
  • 1 banana
  • 1tbsp. honey
  • 1tbsp. linseed
  • ½ tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. grated ginger
  • 1 cup almond milk


Boil the squash until it gets soft and let it cool down before you start preparing the shake. Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
