Diet Menu

Monday

  • Breakfast: 1 orange, 2 rusks, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
  • Lunch: 1 orange, 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 cup yogurt
  • Dinner: 2 tomatoes, 2 hard-boiled eggs, ½ kg. green salad and 2 rusks

Tuesday

  • Breakfast: 1 orange, 2 rusks, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
  • Lunch: 1 orange, 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 cup yogurt and 2 rusks
  • Dinner: 5 oz. grounded beef, 1 tomato, 1 rusk, 1 cup of tea

Wednesday

  • Breakfast: 1 orange, 2 rusks, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
  • Lunch: 1 orange, 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 cup yogurt and some green salad
  • Dinner: 5 oz. grounded meat, 1 orange, 1 rusk and a cup of tea

Thursday

  • Breakfast: 1 orange, 2 rusks, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
  • Lunch: 5 oz. cow cheese, 1 tomato,1 rusk
  • Dinner: 5 oz. grounded meat, 2 tomatoes, 2 apples, 1 rusk

Friday

  • Breakfast: 1 orange, 2 rusks, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
  • Lunch: 7 oz. meat or fish, 1 tomato, 1 rusk
  • Dinner: 17 oz. cooked vegetables, 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 tomato

Note:

Don`t drink alcohol!

After 5 days you may lose 5 – 10 pounds.

After 5 days make a break of 2 days without diet and eat normally, but moderately. Repeat the diet 3 times for 5 days which is a total of 15 days.

For 15 days you can lose up to 30 pounds, which you will not get back if you eat moderately and healthy and also stick to the Monday menu to maintain body weight.
