Epsom Salt Bath Removes Toxins From Your Body, Improves Blood Flow and Reduces Inflammation

Epsom salts are natural, pure mineral compounds made of magnesium and sulfate. Epsom salt has many extraordinary uses, it can help you get rid of toxins in your body. Fill your bathtub with warm water and add the salts. Soak for 20 minutes, three times a week.

Here’s how much Epsom salt you should use:
  • Children under 60 lbs (27 Kg): ½ cup to a standard size bath
  • Individuals between 60-100 lbs (27 kg- 45 kg): 1 cup
  • Individuals between 100-150 lbs (45 kg – 68 kg): 1½ cups
  • Individuals over 150 lbs (68 kg): 2 cups

Epson salt foot soaks are also great. It can help you boost your immune system; treat inflammation, athlete’s foot, calluses, hammertoe, plantar fasciitis, gout, sprains, muscle bruises and soreness and tarsal tunnel syndrome.
Just fill a large bucket with hot water and add ½ cup Epsom salt. Soak your feet for 10 minutes. Repeat this treatment 3 times a week.
