Easy Lunch and Fast Dinner Recipe: Chicken Corn Crunchwraps

Crunchwraps are becoming more and more popular! No wonder, since they’re super easy to prepare and extremely delicious. The best thing is that you can stuff them with anything and they’ll always taste amazing. Got some chicken leftover? No more throwing away food, because you can use those leftovers to prepare these incredibly delicious chicken corn crunchwraps.

Here’s what you need to prepare the chicken corn crunchwraps:

  • 4 large burrito wraps
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 2 cups sweet corn
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Guacamole to serve
  • Salsa to serve

Preparation:

Place a non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat. Mix all the filling ingredients and season. Put 1 cup of filling in the center of the burrito wrap and then fold the wrap to get a hexagonal shape. Put the crunchwrap, fold-side down, on the pan and let it cook for about 4 minutes. Flip it and cook until it’s golden. Remove the crunchwrap from the pan and let it cool before serving it with some salsa and Guacamole.
