If you don’t have an idea how to cook it, here are 3 incredibly delicious recipes that will make you fall in love with cauliflower!

Cauliflower Buffalo Nuggets

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of soy milk
  • 1 tsp. of white vinegar
  • ¾ cup of flour
  • 1 tsp. of ground dried garlic
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 cup of spicy red pepper sauce
  • 4 tbsp. of butter
  • ½ tsp. of white vinegar for the sauce
  • ¼ tsp. of sea salt

Preparation:

Preheat your oven to 230°C. Use parchment paper to line 2 baking sheets. In a small bowl, mix the vinegar and soy milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes and then add the garlic and flour and keep on mixing. Dip every floret of cauliflower into the mixture and then lay them on the sheets. Bake for 20-25 minutes. While your cauliflower is baking, mix the butter, vinegar, spicy sauce and salt. Put everything in a saucepan and bring to boil. Once it boils, take the pan off the stove. Take the cauliflower nuggets out of the oven, pour the sauce over and return back to the oven. Bake for 6-8 minutes. Serve the dish with cheese sauce, carrots and celery.

Cauliflower Lasagna

Ingredients:

  • 250gr. cauliflower florets
  • 250gr. broccoli florets
  • 200gr. lasagna sheets
  • 500ml. sour cream
  • 3 tbsp. parsley
  • 200gr. smoked ham
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 200gr. Cheddar cheese

Preparation:

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Cook the broccoli and cauliflower in boiling water for 5 minutes. Put your lasagna sheets in hot water for 10 minutes. Mix the sour cream with the parsley and 3 tbsp. of water. Grab a big baking mold and grease it with oil. Place 1/3 of the lasagna sheets on the bottom and then place ½ of the broccoli and cauliflower, ½ sliced tomatoes, ½ ham, 1/3 cheese and 1/3 of the sauce. Make all the layers in the same order again. Top your lasagna dish with cheese and the rest of the sauce. Bake for 40 minutes and then change the temperature to 190°C and bake for another 10 minutes. When you see a golden crust, remove the pan from the stove. Serve the cauliflower lasagna with salad and bread.

Mini Cauliflower Pizzas

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 150gr + 200gr of cheese
  • 1 tbsp. potato starch
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • cauliflower
  • 10 cherry tomatoes

Preparation:

Place the cauliflower in salted water and boil it. Once it’s done, drain the water and let it cool down. Place the cauliflower in a blender, add olive oil, whipped eggs, garlic, potato starch and 150gr of grated cheese. Use a baking paper to line a baking sheet and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Divide the batter into 6 parts and lay your pizzas on the sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 240°С. Add the cherry tomatoes, grated cheese and bake for another 5 minutes. Enjoy!
