Step 3: Supplements help

Look out for a hair, skin and nails formula that will cover all the essential nutrients that you need for gorgeous locks. Some to keep a look out for include Vitamin A, B-Vitamins, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and Vitamin E. Iron is also important as well as zinc.

Step 4: Protein is important

In addition to a supplement make sure that your diet contains enough protein. Hair follicles are mainly made up of protein, so having enough in your diet is important for hair growth.

For this reason, it’s best to wash your hair every 2 – 3 days. Using dry shampoo between washes can help hair to not look so oily and doesn’t strip the oils as shampoo does.

Step 7: Wash your hairbrush

This may seem obvious but many people don’t wash their hairbrushes. It can get extremely oily after months or even years of use so our tip is to use a little shampoo and warm water and wash the brush thoroughly. Don’t forget to let it dry properly before putting it back in the cupboard.
