7 Different Types of Plant-Based Milk You’ll Absolutely Love

Humans are the only mammals that continue to consume milk even in adult age.

Did you know that 1 cup of cow’s milk contains 7 drops of pus (500 million somatic cells), around 4.700.000 bacteria, 24mg. cholesterol, 6g casein and even feces. Luckily for you, we’ve found a much healthier alternative that’s tastes better than any animal milk. We’re talking about plant-based types of milk that are extremely healthy, nutritive and not to mention DELICIOUS.

Unlike animal milk, which our body can digest only up to 25% of its nutrients, the nutrients from the plant-based milk can be almost completely digested.
