Onion-Carrot Broth

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 onions (chopped)
  • 3 carrots (cut in small pieces)
  • 3-4 celery stalks (chopped)
  • 1 small bunch coriander leaves (roughly mashed)
  • 3-4 springs fresh thyme
  • Water

Method:

First wash the veggies thoroughly. Add all the ingredients in a large pot. Cover them with enough water. Cover with lid and let it simmer on high heat for 15 minutes and medium-low heat for 45 minutes. Strain and store it in the fridge. Use it within 3-4 days.

Potato-Mushroom Broth

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 potatoes (cut in small pieces)
  • 2 medium sized tomatoes (chopped)
  • Handful mushrooms (cut in small pieces)
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • Handful coriander leaves (mashed)
  • Water

Method:
