  • Lots of green leafy vegetables
  • Lots of fiber in your diet
  • Prefer natural and unprocessed foodstuffs over processed options. Eat a slice of a fruit instead of drinking packaged juices.
  • A balanced diet. A zero carb or zero fat diet can actually be very bad for your skin.
