The Most Healthy Muffins Ever Made With Only 3 Ingredients

These incredibly delicious muffins are perfect for breakfast and they’re the easiest thing to make! Not to mention you’ll only need 3 ingredients to prepare them. They’re sugarless and flourless and you can use any berries you like. Make them and watch them become your family’s favorite!

Ingredients:

  • 4 egss
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • Berries of your choice

Preparation:

Preheat your oven to 190°C. Whisk the eggs. Mash the bananas. Mix the eggs and bananas. Spray your muffin tin and then add berries in every hole. Add some of the mixture on top. Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 12 minutes. Let them cool and enjoy!
