Meet Will, the lion that has spent 13 years of his life in a Brazilian circus. Although there’s a ban for wild animal circuses in Brazil, many animals continue to be abused and exploited in the cruel attractions. Living in a fetid and cramped cage took a toll on Will’s wellbeing.
Luckily for Will, he got rescued by Rancho do Gnomos, an incredible organization that rescues wild, domestic and exotic animals that have been neglected and abused.
In the video below, you can see Will stepping on the grass for the first time in 13 years! Will realizes that he we’ll never ever have to suffer in a small cage and tastes freedom!
