You must think that you have a really smart dog if he follows commands such as “sit”, “say hi”, ”lie down”. Well, then you must meet Chaser, the 9-year old border collie. This breed is known to be really smart, but Chaser seems to be the smartest dog in the world!
Chaser’s owner John Pilley, a retired psychologist, says that his dog has the intelligence of a 3 year old child.
What’s incredible about Chaser is that he understands over 1000 words and grammar. John explains that Chaser first learned to identify objects by their name and later started to learn verbs and prepositions. Chaser’s owner, John even wrote a study dedicated to his beloved dog explaining how Chaser managed to learn everything through games.
