Healthy Pizza Recipe: Grated Carrot Pizza Crust

Ah, who can resist the most delicious temptation called pizza? Pizza really tastes like heaven but unfortunately, that “heaven” isn’t really healthy and good for our body. Luckily, there is an alternative pizza recipe that is extra healthy and tastes delicious too. We’re talking about the incredibly delicious carrot pizza. The carrot pizza is flour-free and It’s rich in minerals and antioxidants.

Here’s what you need to prepare the pizza:

  • 17 oz. (500 gr.) grated carrot
  • 5 oz. (150 gr.) chickpea flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. cumin
  • some pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Toppings of your choice

Preparation:

In a big bowl, mix the carrot, flour, salt, cumin and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are combined. Divide the dough into 2 pizzas and place them on a baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes until they turn gold. Take the pan out from the stove, add whatever you like on the top of your pizza and bake until the cheese melts. Enjoy!
