Green mango and yellow kiwi shake recipe

It is time to prepare a natural shake, rich in Vitamin C. All you need is a couple of yellow kiwis and green mangoes, which are important sources of natural Vitamin C. Remember that all the shake`s ingredients are natural, including fruits, water, natural sweetener and ice cubes.

Note: Don`t be surprised by the green  mangoes. Their color refers that they are unripe and sour, but rich in vitamins.

Ingredients:

Servings  2

  • 2 green mangoes – unripe and sour (You can use yellow mangoes, too)
  • 2 yellow kiwis (You can use also green kiwis)
  • 2 – 3 tbsp natural sweetener (You can adjust this according to taste because the sourness of the green mangoes may differ)
  • 2 cups of water
  • A few ice cubes
Preparation:

Put all the natural ingredients in a blender, and mix them until smooth.

Serve chill and immediately.
