These amazing gummy bears are all natural and they’re perfect for people who suffer from magnesium deficiency.

Here’s what you need to prepare the gummy bears:
  • 5 fl oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp. gelatin powder
  • 5 tbsp. powdered magnesium citrate (supplement, buy it from any pharmacy)
  • 1 tbsp. natural sweetener (organic cane sugar, honey or sucanat)
  • A pinch of sea salt
Preparation:

In a big bowl, mix the magnesium citrate with the lemon juice. Add 1 tbsp. magnesium at a time because the mixture will start to foam. Add the gelatin and leave the mixture for a couple of minutes. Once the gelatin melts, put the mixture on the stove on medium heat, until the mixture warms up. Once the mixture turns to liquid, add salt and sweetener. Mix until all ingredients are combined. Pour the liquid into silicon molds.

Each gummy bear contains 69 mg of magnesium. Consume up to 5 gummy bears a day.

If you haven`t already consumed other magnesium supplements, it is best to start gradually, one or two candy a day, because they have a laxative effect.

Keep in tightly closed container in the refrigerator.
