  • 1 ripe organic banana
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 small pot of water

Bring the water to boil. Cut off both ends of the banana (top and bottom) and put it in the boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes. Strain the liquid. Serve in a cup and add a pinch of cinnamon. Drink it before going to bed.
