Avoid Diaper Rash

Diaper rash is the most common condition. Diaper rash is caused by too tight diapers, diapers left too long or by some specific brands of baby products, wipes and detergents. To avoid baby rash change your baby’s diaper more frequently and start using zinc oxide cream.

Whiteheads and Pimples

Baby pimples can be caused by yeast and they usually appear on your baby’s nose and cheeks. Don’t buy lotions to treat those pimples-they’ll go away by themselves in a few weeks.

Baby Birthmarks

Birthmarks are skin discolorations and lots of babies are born with them. They can appear when the baby is born or some months later. There aren’t any treatments that can help you with birthmarks but if you’re worried you can consult with your doctor.

Eczema and Atopic Dermatitis

Cradle hats can appear during your baby’s first 2 months and it will clear within a year. This condition is caused by excess oil and it looks like red, waxy rush on your baby’s eyebrows, scalp, nose or eyelids. To ease this condition you must use special shampoos and oils that must be recommended by your doctor.
