Three steps for exercise while enjoying your coffee

Even though it looks like some science fiction movie, but it’s also very possible to make some proper exercise while having your morning coffee. Take a look how to do it!

1. The first thing you should do is to sit in a comfortable place on the floor and place back on the wall behind you.

2. The next thing you should do is to bend the right leg and extend the left one in front of you while pointing your toes to the floor in order to flex the foot.

3. Raise the left leg off the floor with your belly in order to engage your abdominal area while your back stays in the same position on the wall. Raise the leg a little bit higher off the floor and do this for 15 times. Switch the legs and repeat the process.
